ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Police in Albany are investigating the fatal shooting of a 35-year-old man.
Police say officers found the victim after responding to a report of shots fired in the area of Clinton Street and Second Avenue just after 6 p.m. Thursday.
Police say the Albany man was taken to Albany Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
