NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans police say a 16-year-old boy was shot to death Wednesday night at an apartment in the Desire neighborhood and another teen has been booked in the killing.

Officers tell The New Orleans Advocate that (https://bit.ly/1iHBmxV ) that Deion Robair was shot at about 8 p.m. in the apartment in the 3600 block of Kimi O’Gray Avenue.

Paramedics at the scene tried to save the teen but were unsuccessful, police say.



A 16-year-old boy was arrested Thursday morning and booked with second-degree murder the case, police spokeswoman Remi Braden says.
