SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - Police say an SUV they found last week with front-end damage is not the one sought for a hit-and-run death last month in Spokane.
KHQ reports (https://nbcnews.to/1iVr2QW ) the owner of the gold SUV has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
Investigators are still looking for a similar SUV and the driver responsible for killing 55-year-old Don Foster on Feb. 9 near the Mission Street Bridge.
