ATLANTA (AP) - Authorities are searching for a robbery suspect who may have been wounded by police gunfire.
The Rockdale County sheriff’s office tells WSB-TV (https://bit.ly/1fx7FdA ) that police spotted the car of a robbery suspect and chased it Friday off Interstate 20 near DeKalb Medical Parkway.
Officers shot at the suspect when he exited his car with a gun. Rockdale police said they believe the suspect was wounded.
Police chased the suspect on foot before apparently losing his location.
