NORWOOD, Ill. (AP) - A 74-year-old central Illinois woman died after a fire in a mobile home in the Peoria County community of Norwood.
The Peoria Journal Star reports (https://bit.ly/1cTv1tJ ) County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll says Margaret Waldbeesser was found inside the home. Authorities say an autopsy is expected to take place later Wednesday.
Tuesday night’s fire was reported around 7:15 p.m. Authorities still aren’t sure what sparked the blaze.
Norwood is about six miles west of Peoria.
