Actor Mark Ruffalo has been one of the protesters of proposed fracking in New York. At a New Yorkers Against Fracking rally in Albany, the group called on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to ban hydraulic fracturing. Mr. Cuomo gave in to the pressure and imposed a ban a month after his re-election. (Associated Press)
