A 2-year-old girl was found safe in Cumberland County, Virginia, after going missing while playing a game of hide-and-seek.
The toddler, Bridget Zeigler, was found in the woods off U.S. Route 60 at around 1:30 p.m. Friday after going missing for over 18 hours.
She appeared to be in good health and was reunited with her parents, the Virginia State Police said on social media.

The police said the place where Bridget was found is 0.2 miles southeast of her family’s home, according to Virginia’s WWBT.
Bridget initially walked away from her residence a little after 6 p.m. Thursday.
An alert was issued following her disappearance, prompting a multiagency search for her whereabouts, the state police said. Volunteers also responded to help find her.
She initially left the area around her home while playing hide-and-seek with her siblings, according to Richmond’s WTVR-TV.
“We get to get a 2-year-old back with her parents, you know, and she is safe. She is sound. She’ll have a story to tell her kids and her family down the line. But you know, this is it. This is a happy end,” Virginia State Police spokesman Matthew Demlein said, according to WWBT.
