Wide receiver Tyreek Hill is 10 months removed from a gruesome leg injury that ended his 2025 season and a four-year run with the Miami Dolphins.
The free agent said in a YouTube video on Wednesday that he still has “no power” in his left leg.
The Dolphins released Hill in February after he suffered a torn ACL and dislocated kneecap during the Week 4 matchup against the New York Jets.
Wednesday’s video, which depicted the social-media savvy Hill working out, indicated that an NFL return isn’t in the immediate future.
“My left leg is the one that I injured. I have no power in my left leg, so I’m trying to regain all the power back in my left leg,” Hill said in the video. “But it’s one day at a time.”
The eight-time Pro Bowler noted that he wasn’t supposed to be running yet, but wanted to challenge himself.
Hill, 32, has repeatedly said he intends to return to the NFL after his rehab. He’s currently a free agent, so he can sign with any team.
“I ain’t going to tell you what my timeline is, but timeline looking real good right now, man,” said the five-time All-Pro, who won a Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs after the 2019 season.
