Pop star Harry Styles canceled his concert at MorumBIS Stadium in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Tuesday due to an undisclosed “tour illness.”

Live Nation Brasil and Ticketmaster Brazil, the companies organizing the event, announced the cancellation.

Neither Mr. Styles nor his representatives have publicly commented on the specific nature of the health issue.

He is expected to proceed with a performance on Friday at the same venue.

Ticket holders have been offered the option to attend the Friday show, though inventory is described as extremely limited, with a full refund available once those tickets sell out.

The cancellation comes about a month after Mr. Styles briefly fell on stage during his Wembley Stadium residency in London. Representatives later attributed the incident to him choking on water while performing his “whale spit” rather than from an extreme heat wave, noting he recovered and finished the show.

The tour, called “Together, Together,” is set to continue with dates in Mexico City before moving to a 30-night residency at Madison Square Garden in New York.
