Time is running out

OPINION:

Once upon a time, a republic was created where all could worship their God without fear of reprisal. It was a place where men and women could speak freely without prejudice from tyrannical kings. Freedom flourished and all opinions were heard. But as with all good things, we became lazy and didn’t ensure that our elected representatives were doing their jobs as we had intended. Corruption soon took hold and people became subservient to those they had placed in office.

We are now watching as our beloved Constitution and Bill of Rights are slowly destroyed by an evil faction of our government. It’s a government that grows larger by the day while it attempts to silence those with different points of view. 

Evil is choking our republic to death, but the American people do not stand united against Communism, the ultimate goal of those in power. Shake your head in disbelief if you want, but look hard and you can see the signs. A government demands we get vaccinated or we will face the consequences. Our children are indoctrinated in our schools and parents are dismissed and threatened by our government for disagreeing with government-created curricula. 

Our enemies buy land in our country and nothing is said.  Their foothold grows larger every day. Our Manchurian candidate vilifies all who disagree with him. Thoughts of being imprisoned for writing this flash in my mind.

Time is running out for free thinkers and those who believe in truth and justice for all.
