SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Vermont’s Burlington International Airport is getting a $15.9 million grant from the Federal Aviation Administration to continue construction of a new taxiway that is parallel to the main runway.
It is the largest single grant the South Burlington airport has received.
The new taxiway will allow for more efficient operations at the airport and reducing noise levels for residents near the airport.
