Bicyclist dies in crash at busy Anchorage intersection

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - A bicyclist died in a crash with a vehicle at a busy east Anchorage intersection.

Police just after 11:30 a.m. Monday received a call that a vehicle had struck a bike at Tudor and Baxter roads.

The bicyclist was declared dead at the scene.

Police did not immediately release the name, gender and age of the bicyclist.
