President Donald Trump called Minnesota Vikings and former Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins after a win Sunday over the New York Giants to congratulate him, according to multiple reports.
The president also invited Cousins to an upcoming rally Thursday in Minneapolis, but the quarterback is not planning to attend.
This isn’t the first interaction between Trump and the quarterback. Cousins played a round of golf with Trump in 2017.
