PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say a woman’s body was found wrapped in plastic in a trash can in Philadelphia.
A garbage company worker made the discovery on Leiper Street on Wednesday morning.
Police say the victim is an unidentified black female. There is no word on the cause of death.
