CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia authorities are investigating the death of an inmate, though they say they found no sign of foul play or trauma.
A Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety spokesman says inmate Mark Anthony Wartenburg died Saturday morning at South Central Regional Jail.
An investigation is ongoing by the West Virginia State Police and the medical examiner.
Authorities say Wartenburg was from the community of Scott Depot.
