NEW YORK (AP) - A 7-year-old boy has been fatally struck by a van while crossing a street in Queens.
Police say Cameron Brown, of Queens, was crossing westbound on Gipson Street behind a stationary yellow school bus when he was pinned against the rear of the bus by a van driven by a 22-year-old male. It happened at about 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The boy was taken to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
