PRIMOS, Pa. (AP) - Police in suburban Philadelphia are searching for a female inmate who escaped custody.
Authorities say 26-year-old Carolyn Quiah escaped from constable custody during an arraignment hearing at Secane District Court in Upper Darby Thursday afternoon. Quiah was charged Wednesday with aggravated assault.
Police say Quiah tried to steal a car from an 82-year-old man before fleeing on foot. Authorities say residents should keep their cars and homes locked. Police believe Quiah may be completely naked.
Anyone with information about Quiah’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
