Police say Chisom threatened officers who responded on Sept. 24 to a call about gunshots. They say on Oct. 4 Chisom called 911 stating he would kill and cut someone in half if police didn’t hurry to an abandoned former residence where he complained a neighbor was parked in Chisom’s portion of a shared driveway.
Chisom is a convicted felon and was found to illegally have a gun. Police say they’ll ask prosecutors to indict him in federal court on those charges.
