Foley was shot once inside her car in January 2013 while fleeing a robbery attempt in Savannah.

Prosecutors said Foley was killed to cover up the botched robbery. Pastures - identified as the driver of the vehicle used in Foley’s death - was killed in 2015 after gang members suspected he was talking to police.

Sentencing will be held later.
