GREER, S.C. (AP) - A sheriff’s office in South Carolina says two weapons have been stolen from a deputy’s unlocked sports utility patrol vehicle.
Greenville County Sheriff’s Lt. Ryan Flood said in a news release the weapons were stolen early Monday from a vehicle near Greer.
Flood says that surveillance footage showed two suspects in hooded sweat shirts approach the victim’s vehicles before entering the patrol vehicle and taking an M4 rifle, a .38 revolver and four magazines of ammunition.
