TAMPA — In a now-deleted tweet, Zach Brown blasted his own coaches Saturday for their criticism of the Redskins linebacker’s performance last week against the Atlanta Falcons.
Brown first tweeted, “smh ppl nowadays” and followed it up with a direct shot at the coaching staff.
“Own coaches hating and blaming me for Atl loss smh naw B check the film b4 blaming someone eye in the sky don’t lie,” Brown wrote.

Against Atlanta, the Redskins lost 38-14 and the defense allowed a season-high 491 total yards.
Brown’s comments came on the eve of Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
After Brown took down the post, he tweeted, “Just facts… good night” and included an emoji.

Brown, who re-signed with Washington in the offseason, has 50 tackles this season.
