David Johnson led all fantasy scorers in ESPN after Week 10’s early games with 37.3 points. Johnson wasn’t having a great year, fantasy stats-wise, but it is not a surprise to see the Arizona Cardinal have a game like that (183 total yards, two total touchdowns).
It’s more surprising to see the following players having huge days Sunday. (All point totals are based on ESPN scoring, with one point per reception.)
Mitch Trubisky, Bears QB: 36 points
After a letdown of just eight points last week against the lowly Bills, Trubisky steamrolled the Lions in a 34-22 win. He completed 23-of-30 passes for 355 yards and three touchdowns, two to Allen Robinson. Trubisky padded his stats with a rushing touchdown. But it wasn’t his first time scoring that high for fantasy owners: Remember his six-touchdown game against the Buccaneers?
Nick Chubb, Browns RB: 35.9 points
Chubb was one of the biggest reasons the Browns upset the Atlanta Falcons, 28-16. The line: 176 yards on 20 carries and a rushing touchdown, plus 33 yards on three catches and a receiving touchdown. If it was ever a question after the team traded away Carlos Hyde, Chubb has cemented himself as the running back of the future in Cleveland.
Eric Ebron, Colts TE: 28.1 points
The Colts wouldn’t have eked out a 29-26 win over the Jaguars if Ebron didn’t keep visiting the end zone. He was only targeted three times, but caught all three balls, including touchdowns of 53 and 12 yards. He even scored on a designed run. Not up the gut, but a sweep left:
That’s a RUSHING TD for @Ebron85.

Corey Davis, Titans WR: 25.5 points
It looks like Mike Vrabel out-coached his former coach, Bill Belichick, in their first meeting. Tennessee beat New England 34-10, thanks in part to Davis catching seven passes for 125 yards and a score.
Zay Jones, Bills WR: 23.3 points
Another lopsided result from the 1 p.m. games was Buffalo beating up on the Jets, 41-10. LeSean McCoy carried the offense, but Matt Barkley held up in his debut as the Bills’ fourth starting quarterback of the season. It helped that he hit second-year wideout Jones for eight catches, 93 yards and a touchdown.
