WEST HAVEN, Conn. (AP) - Police say a woman was struck and killed by a car overnight in West Haven.
Police say the woman suffered serious injuries when she was hit by a car traveling down Elm Street late Friday night. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Authorities did not immediately release the name of the woman or the driver of the car. They say the incident is under investigation.
