HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - A Connecticut man has been sentenced to nearly four years in federal prison for selling fentanyl that led to two fatal overdoses.

Prosecutors say drugs sold by 45-year-old Ruben Morales led to the deaths of two men in Hartford on Christmas Eve 2016.

Investigators looking into the deaths went undercover and purchased heroin from Morales seven times. Six of those times the heroin tested positive for fentanyl.
