SAUGUS, Mass. (AP) - Police say the driver of an SUV that slammed head-on into an MBTA bus just outside of Boston this weekend has died.
Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Police identified the victim of Sunday’s crash in Saugus as 47-year-old Kathleen Callahan.
A witness told police that the Saugus woman’s SUV struck a parked vehicle before it crashed into the bus.
The bus driver and four passengers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
