Woman found shot to death inside Brooklyn apartment

NEW YORK (AP) - Police say a woman has been found shot to death with her hands bound inside a New York City public housing apartment.

Police responded to a report of an assault at the Bushwick Houses in Brooklyn shortly before 7 p.m. Friday. They found 62-year-old Ana Devalle with a gunshot wound to the head and her hands bound.

Devalle was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have made no arrests.
