ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) - Two brothers have been sentenced to 30 years in prison in the beating death of a man who complained they had overcharged his son for marijuana.
Media outlets reported that 35-year-old Oscar Ernest Lance and 21-year-old Jacob Lance pleaded guilty to manslaughter, arson and burglary on Wednesday.
Prosecutors say the pair used a baseball bat to kill Todd Cantlay in November 2015 after he called and texted accusing them of overcharging his son for the marijuana they sold.

Investigators said the brothers drove off in Cantlay’s car after taking guitars, a video game system, a television and a rifle from his home near Pendleton. Then, they said, the brothers and set his body and the car on fire.
