ROSEVILLE, Calif. (AP) - Northern California prosecutors have decided not to bring charges against seven men arrested on Memorial Day on suspicion of inappropriately touching several young girls at a water park.

KCRA-TV reported Wednesday that the Placer County District Attorney’s Office found that contrary to initial reports, there is no evidence that the men engaged in any coordinated effort to touch the girls. Prosecutors say there is no evidence of any criminal conduct by six of the seven men.

Roseville police say officers were called to the Golfland Sunsplash water park after the girls told park security that a group of men had inappropriately touched them.
