BEDFORD, Pa. (AP) - Police have charged a 19-year-old Pennsylvania man with the murder of an unborn child in connection with the overdose death of a pregnant woman.
WJAC-TV reports the Bedford man told police he gave Janea Burns heroin after his arrest Thursday. Burns died of an overdose in October 2017.
The man is facing additional charges, including drug delivery resulting in death. He has been denied bail.
