LOGAN, Utah (AP) - A former Utah library director accused of spending more than $89,000 in public dollars on the mobile app “Game of War” pleaded guilty to felony theft and forgery.
The Herald Journal reports Herm Olsen, the attorney who is representing former North Logan City Library Director Adam Winger, says a third felony charge of unlawful dealing with property by a fiduciary was dismissed Wednesday.
Winger also has agreed to pay $78,000 in restitution, to be paid by a date that will be determined by the time of sentencing.
