RIDGELAND, Miss. (AP) - A missing boater who was recovered from a reservoir in Mississippi has been identified.
News outlets report that the victim was identified as 46-year-old Charles Bogan of Jackson.
Reservoir police say two men fell into the waters of the Ross Barnett Reservoir on Sunday around 8 p.m. The other man was able to surface.
