Justin Trudeau is raising eyebrows among internet sleuths who want to know what’s going on with the Canadian prime minister’s facial hair.
While browbeating the U.S. for imposing new metal tariffs Thursday at the G7 Summit, Mr. Trudeau’s dark brows appeared to be more mobile than usual.
