LEWES, Del. (AP) - A southern Delaware fire department chief has been charged with disorderly conduct after a video surfaced of him urinating in a canal.
Lewes police arrested 51-year-old William Buckaloo after a resident called 911 at about 1:15 a.m. on July 16 regarding two men and two women talking loudly near her house boat about jumping into the water.
Video taken by the resident shows Buckaloo and another man, clad only in their underwear, urinating into Lewes Canal before climbing onto a boat.

Buckaloo was arrested Thursday. He has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for a court appearance on Aug. 10.
Buckaloo did not immediately return a telephone message left at his home Tuesday.
Fire department spokesman Glenn Marshall said a deputy chief is currently in charge of the department.
Marshall also confirmed that said he had seen a Facebook post in which Buckaloo apologized to the houseboat resident and to the community, saying he takes full responsibility for his actions. Buckaloo noted in the post that he was not working and not on call with the fire department at the time, “Just 51 acting 21.”
