GRAYSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say a teenager has been found stabbed to death in a home near Birmingham.
Al.com reports that sheriff’s deputies on Thursday afternoon arrived at a home in Jefferson County to find the 19-year-old suffering from several apparent stab wounds.
Jefferson County sheriff’s Chief Deputy Randy Christian says he was pronounced dead at the scene. His name wasn’t immediately released.
