JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Peter O’Brien hit a two-run homer in the fourth inning, leading the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp to a 7-2 win over the Chattanooga Lookouts on Tuesday.
The home run by O’Brien scored Monte Harrison to give the Jumbo Shrimp a 2-0 lead.
Chattanooga answered in the next half-inning when Jordan Gore hit a two-run home run to tie the game.
The Jumbo Shrimp took the lead for good in the sixth when Harrison hit an RBI single, driving in Brian Miller.
Starter Robert Dugger (2-2) got the win while Sam Clay (1-5) took the loss in relief in the Southern League game.
