LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police say a 19-year-old has been arrested in the death of an acquaintance who police say was with him shooting guns and drinking alcohol this week in a desert area east of Las Vegas.
Andy J. Soto Jr. was being held Wednesday at the Clark County jail in Las Vegas pending an initial court appearance on a murder charge in the death of 20-year-old Dylan Ray Martin of North Las Vegas.
Police say Soto was arrested Tuesday, several hours after the late Monday shooting on federal land off Lake Mead Boulevard near Pabco Road.
