Odell Beckham Jr. got paid.

Beckham agreed to a five-year, $95 million contract extension Monday with the New York Giants — making him the highest-paid wide receiver in the NFL, according to multiple reports. The deal includes $65 million guaranteed for injury and $41 million fully guaranteed, also a record for the position.

The new contract comes less than two weeks before regular season — and ends what could have been a distracting storyline into the year.

Since being drafted with the 12th overall pick in 2014, the 25-year-old Beckham has recorded the second-most touchdowns and the seventh-most receiving yards — despite missing 12 games last season with a fractured ankle.

Beckham is also known for his number of dazzling catches, including this one-handed grab in 2015:

Beckham previously said he wanted to become the highest-player in all of football. While that didn’t happen, he did reset the market for wide receivers.

And he can’t be too mad — $95 million helps heal all wounds.
