ALLEGANY, N.Y. (AP) - A campus-wide power outage postponed the Maryland-Eastern Shore at St. Bonaventure game on Wednesday night.

The first flicker happened roughly half an hour before the scheduled 7 p.m. tipoff at Reilly Center, knocking out power to several dormitories in addition to the lighting and sound system inside the arena.

An attempt by National Grid to reset a fuse and restore power seemed to work at first, but another brownout occurred a few minutes later, and the game was officially postponed at approximately 8:35 p.m.

While there was no final determination at the time, the game is unlikely to be rescheduled.
