RIGBY, Idaho (AP) - Officials in eastern Idaho say a 15-year-old boy died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound and a 43-year-old woman he shot in the head is recovering.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office tells the Idaho State Journal (http://bit.ly/2zFRfoi) that the shooting occurred at about 6:15 p.m. Saturday.
Sheriff Steve Anderson says the woman was taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center where she underwent surgery and is expected to survive.
