TOWN OF WOODRUFF, Wis. (AP) - Police say a 62-year-old woman suffered minor injuries when her floatplane flipped over after landing on Lake Tomahawk.
Woodruff police say bystanders helped the woman onto a boat after they saw her floatplane flip over onto its roof on the lake Friday morning.
USA Today Network-Wisconsin (https://wdhne.ws/2qqAO7N ) reports the woman was the only person on the aircraft. She was transported to Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff.
