WATERVILLE, Maine (AP) - Police say they have arrested a suspect in a Maine restaurant burglary who was hit by a car.

The Morning Sentinel (https://bit.ly/2ruYlEJ ) reports 47-year-old Timothy Bellavance, of Gardiner, is facing a felony burglary charge in Waterville. Police say Bellavance walked in front of the car and was hit.

Surveillance footage from the restaurant helped police identify Bellavance.



Bonney says Bellavance is being treated at a hospital for various injuries, including head trauma. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer.
