NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (AP) - The GE Global Research Center near Schenectady is hosting more than 190 high school and middle school students for a science competition.
The National Science Bowl Regional Qualifiers are being held Saturday at the research center in Niskayuna.
Students from around New York’s Capital Region will compete for the right for their school to represent the region in the National Science Bowl finals next month in Washington.
Competitors demonstrate their knowledge in math, chemistry, physics, astronomy, earth sciences and computer science.
