WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police in Delaware say a man was fatally shot in Wilmington.
Authorities say Wilmington Police responded to a report of shots fired Monday afternoon. Officers found 18-year-old Yaseem Powell suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Police say Powell was taken to a hospital, where he died.
