CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A man has been sentenced in New Hampshire to serve over four years in federal prison for conspiring to distribute over a kilogram of heroin.
Police determined that from late 2014 through March 2015, 34-year-old Jonathan Cruz-Marte, a member of a Lawrence, Massachusetts-based heroin trafficking organization, conspired to supply a heroin distributer in Keene with the drug. He was arrested in March 2015 following a delivery to someone in Salem, New Hampshire.
Cruz-Marte pleaded guilty in November.
