TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police say a victim in a hit-and-run collision died this week after being struck while walking near downtown Tucson.
Thirty-year-old Rafiq Oulebsir died June 18, eight days after he was struck by a blue Chrysler PT Cruiser.
Police say the car is missing the passenger side mirror and has other damage. They’re asking for any tips that may lead to the arrest of the driver.
