RACINE, Wis. (AP) - Racine police say they’re investigating the death of a 3-year-old child.
Authorities say the toddler’s death is an apparent homicide. Officers were called to a house about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday where the child was found in an upper unit.
Police say they were summoned to the house on a report of someone who had died. No other details were provided.
