SERGEANT BLUFF, Iowa (AP) - Authorities say a man working under a vehicle died after it fell on him near Sergeant Bluff in northwest Iowa.
The accident occurred around 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Woodbury County Sheriff’s Office says a jack supporting the vehicle collapsed, allowing the vehicle to fall on 64-year-old Loren Jorgensen. He was flown to a Sioux City hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The accident is being investigated.
