Footage showing President Trump trying to help a Marine with his hat has gone viral.

The lighthearted moment was captured on camera Saturday at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland following Mr. Trump’s return from the G-20 summit in Hamburg, Germany.

Mr. Trump was seen approaching the presidential helicopter and retrieving a Marine’s cover from the ground. He then tried to put it back on the Marine’s head, but it blew away a second time, sending Mr. Trump after it again. The Marine held his post during the encounter.

The moment went viral on YouTube and social media, with many conservatives praising Mr. Trump’s reverence for the Marine, who has not been named.
