WOODLYN, Pa. (AP) - An overturned tractor-trailer has been blocking a busy ramp that links Interstate 95 to Interstate 476 near Philadelphia.
The incident happened about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday and was blocking the ramp indefinitely.
That means Philadelphia commuters looking to get from Center City or Philadelphia International Airport southbound on I-95 are likely facing big delays.
The truck’s driver has been taken to the hospital. His name and condition were not immediately released.
