Indianapolis Colts tight end Brandon Williams was released from the hospital after suffering a head injury during Thursday’s game against the Denver Broncos.

In the second quarter, Williams collided with Broncos linebacker Deiontrez Mount on a punt while blocking and had to be carted off the field.

After the game, Colts coach Chuck Pagano said Williams was doing well.

Williams was diagnosed with a concussion.
